Make sure that you have registered in the APP with the same email that the transferred tickets have sent you. If the email is not correct, you have to log out of the APP and register with the email to which the tickets have been transferred.
If the email is correct, you will soon see your tickets in the APP.
At the bottom of the APP, you will see a notification that will allow you to accept or reject the transferred tickets.
