Update your membership information
Having your correct personal details ensures the communication from the club towards you and is the best way for you to not miss out on anything as a FCB member. Therefore, if you have moved, changed phone number, e-mail address or the details to ensure the payment of the membership fee, please use any of the following channels to inform the club in each case.
A. Change of bank or credit card details when the membership cardholder and the bank account or credit card holder are the same person:
- In person at the Barcelona Supporters Service Office: The change of details must be made by the actual cardholder.
- By Fax or e-mail: The notification must be made by the cardholder, who, for reasons of security, should also fax the details of the credit card together with photocopies of their membership card and national ID card or passport. E-mail:oab@fcbarcelona.cat Fax: +34 496 37 97
- By telephone: The application must be made by the cardholder, who, for reasons of security, should also fax the details of the credit card together with photocopies of their membership card and national ID card or passport. Telephone: 902 1899 00 or +34 93 496 3600 (from abroad)
B. Change of bank details when the membership cardholder and the Bank account holder are not the same person:
As well as the documents mentioned in the previous section and for reasons of security, proof of the authorisation of the bank account or credit card holder must also be provided.
C. Modifications of personal details (address, telephone, etc.):
- In person at the Barcelona Supporter Service Office:The member must be present with their membership card in order for any changes of personal details to take effect.
