Teresa Basilio Monné (Barcelona, 18 February 1964, member 133,315) is a law graduate and a founding partner of CLT, Connecting, Leading & Team, a consultancy specialising in the dynamics of cohesion and motivation in professional teams. Previously, she has been a member of the management committee and CFO at international fashion brand distributors Batlady, SL, has worked as a headhunter at Master Consulting and has been director of the Catalan Association of Young Business. She has also worked as a lawyer, first in international law and then in the management of succession planning.
She has studied widely at postgraduate level: European Law at Europa College in Bruges, Belgium; External Business; Economics for Lawyers and Sufficiency Investigation at the University of Barcelona. At IESE she has followed the General Management Programme and that of Women in Boards of Directors. Currently, she is about to graduate at the UOC in Psychology.
Since being named as Cultural Delegate by the FC Barcelona Board of Directors, she has taken part in the Jury for the International Vázquez Montalbán award and in the 'Diálogos de Fútbol y Economía' at the Ernest Lluch Foundation. She has led negotiations and launched agreements with, amongst others, the Liceo, the Catalan National Theatre, Ramon Llull Institute as well as with Barcelona libraries. She has also been involved in organising cultural activities for members during Champions League away trips.
