This Friday, February 26, is the last day to cast your vote by mail

This Friday, February 26, is the last day for all those FC Barcelona members who applied to vote by post to be able to cast their vote at a post office.

Please note that due to requesting a vote by mail, the member will not be able to vote in person on March 7. Therefore, all those who have requested it and have not yet cast their vote, have until this Friday to do so. Failure to do so will waive the possibility of participating in the elections for the Presidency and the Board of Directors of FC Barcelona.

At the end of the application period on February 9, a total of 22,811 members formalised their request to vote by mail, and in the following days received the necessary documentation to vote at their home.

From the 15th, the deadline was opened for all those members over the age of 65 or with reduced mobility, functional diversity or illness, who requested to make their vote effective at a Post Office, or from their home address if they had requested this option. This period concludes this Friday, February 26, at the end of the opening hours of the corresponding Post Offices.

In the event that a Post Office agent has not been able to locate a member at his/her home to deliver the documentation in a certified manner, he/she will have left a notice and will have deposited the election documentation at the member's local Post Office so that they can go to collect it with DNI or official identification document. The deadline to do so and cast the vote, also ends this Friday, February 26th. Those members who chose the home option and were not located by the Post Office agent, must also go with the notice to the local office and will be required to cast their vote at the time of collection.
